You can get support two ways. The preferred method is to enter a Support request from the mobile app. The second method is to submit a Support request from the web.
Each request gets assigned a ticket number.
A support representative based in the USA will assist you. The support staff responds to tickets from 9-5pm ET, Monday through Friday.
Response times vary, but are generally less than 24 hours.
Creating a Support request from the mobile app...
1) Load the Profile page. It should look something like this.
2) Select the "Support" menu item from the Profile page. This is the preferred method, because it will send your Device Model, App Version, etc to our support staff.
